Pretty tough to say depending on room acoustics, voice characteristics and such...for simple voiceovers I've found the SM58 to be absolutely fine for general applications.

What are your top suggestions for high quality mics to be used for voice overs?
My budget is to stay under $250, if possible. I have an audio interface (focusrite scarlett solo) and using Adobe Audition CC for the recording software.
I've been using the Shure SM7b dynamic mic, but it doesn't seem to accurately bring out my voice qualities.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
